A bundled offer with launch terms for new BST customers, whether you are building your fleet or already own mats. More than a purchase of individual modules: a complete package with connectors, tools, training and Beyond support.
High-performance, reusable access modules to build or expand your fleet for your projects, your customers or your rental business.
The connectors and installation tools for your package. Your proposal will specify the details based on the configuration selected.
A session with your technical team to prepare for installation, removal, cleaning, inspection and reuse of the modules.
A discussion of your site conditions, drainage and environmental considerations, followed by a review of your experience in the field.
Planning basis: 40 modules per container. Tell us your country and preferred delivery port, or let’s work through these details together.
Loading, accessories, payload and securing arrangements to be confirmed before shipment.
02 / The Beyond advantage
Access, drainage, water and regeneration: expertise by your side to address your project’s challenges.
The dashboard planned for 2027 will bring together inventory, assignments and usage reports to share with your customers or management team. This will help streamline invoicing, track the use of your assets and inform your management, financial or ESG reporting, based on the data collected.
Your field feedback guides our next innovations. A relationship that continues from one deployment to the next.
From one site to the next
XtremeM modules can be cleaned to remove soil and debris before moving to another site. As part of your site protocol, this cleaning helps reduce the risk of transferring contaminants between sites.
Disinfect if necessary, using a site-appropriate protocol compatible with the modules.
03 / Beyond technology development
Your teams’ experience informs future developments. Tell us what would help you track, use and redeploy your modules more effectively.
Modules, connectors, tools, getting-started training and a review of your experience with Beyond.
Track inventory and each module’s assignment to your customers or projects. Share usage reports with your customers or management team to document usage periods, support invoicing and inform your management, financial or ESG reporting, based on the data collected.
6 months of access includedFor programme participants, starting when the service launches. Terms beyond that period will be provided before any paid subscription.
Each module will be georeferenced in its Digital Pass. Its identity, location, uses, cleaning records and inspections will be brought together in one digital passport.
Discover the Digital PassA second version to extend your fleet management capabilities. Launch schedule to be announced.
Beyond Digital Pass / Vision for version 2
From the first project to the next deployment, the Digital Pass will bring together each module’s identity, georeferencing and history, including cleaning and inspection records, to help you manage your assets and prepare for their next use.
Link each module to its record and your fleet information.
Find recorded assignments, usage periods and maintenance activities.
Version 2 will add each module’s georeferenced location to its digital passport.
Record cleaning and, where needed, disinfection under a validated protocol: date, method, person responsible, photos and inspection.
Concept in development, not currently available. Information will depend on the data recorded and validated. Any environmental indicators will require an appropriate methodology and supporting evidence.

In return for the introductory terms, participants commit to providing photos, videos and honest feedback after deployment. What works well, and what could be improved.
Unmet needs, drainage, installation, management or future smart modules: your challenges guide the discussion.
Publishing a case study, your images or a customer’s identity will require separate permission. Participation does not oblige you to publish a positive testimonial.

Before you begin
Yes. The programme is for new Beyond Sustainable Tech (BST) customers, whether they are building their fleet or expanding it. Describe the mats you use and the performance you would like to compare: installation, handling, reuse or behaviour in your site conditions.
Yes. Describe your typical customers and applications, even if you do not have a specific project in mind. Also tell us who usually handles installation and removal: your team, the customer or a third party.
You can tell us about your interest, territory and business model. An enquiry about participation does not automatically grant distributor status or territorial exclusivity; these opportunities are discussed with BST.
Tell us which details you would like to work through together, or request a video call. You do not need all the answers to start the conversation.
Plan for cleaning, inspection and traceability before each transfer. Depending on the contaminants and site requirements, disinfection may also be needed: the method and products used must be validated for compatibility with the modules. Removed soil and wash water must be managed to avoid spreading contamination. Cleaning alone does not guarantee the removal of all contaminants. Sterilisation cannot be claimed without a validated, compatible process; a Digital Pass entry is not a sanitary certification.
The dashboard launch is planned for 2027, with inventory, assignments and usage reports to share with your customers or management team, support invoicing and inform your management, financial or ESG reporting, based on the data collected. The six included months will begin when the service launches. The second version will integrate the Digital Pass and georeferencing for each module; its schedule and terms will be communicated separately.
You can separately express interest in a future service for monitoring project opportunities. Its terms are still to be defined. It is neither a promise of contracts nor a service included and available today.
Beyond Sustainable Tech (BST) prepares your proposal, handles invoicing and coordinates your support. Any specific study or engineering validation needs for your site will have a scope agreed with you.
