One-piece construction
Rotationally moulded in one piece, with no bonded layers that can delaminate.
Temporary access · roads and work platforms
Connected, one-piece, reusable modules for your temporary roads and work platforms. Energy, pipelines, dams and major construction projects.
Rotationally moulded in one piece, with no bonded layers that can delaminate.
Connected modules help keep your roadway or work platform together.
Recover, clean and redeploy your modules as your projects change.
Documented results
Connections hold the modules together to form a road or working platform. Resistance to lateral forces is documented in the XtremeM engineering dossier.
metric · with at least 4 connectors
Signed and stamped engineer’s attestation · November 13, 2024.Test results, distinct from allowable service loads. Design depends on ground conditions, loads and configuration.
Detailed reports available for technical discussion.
Two configurations · one system
Deploy a corridor for vehicles, crews and equipment where conventional access becomes difficult.
Assemble a surface for operations, construction, maintenance and work areas.
Beyond timber mats
Unlike multilayer alternatives, XtremeM is rotationally moulded in one piece: there are no bonded layers that can separate. The material does not absorb water, and the system can be recovered and reused from one project to the next.
Approximately 23% less mass per usable m² than MegaDeck HD+ MDX, based on nominal published specifications.
| Measure | XtremeM | MegaDeck HD+ MDX |
|---|---|---|
| Mass per module | 385 kg ± 10 kg | 464.9 kg |
| Usable area | 8.46 m² | 7.85 m² |
| Mass per usable m² (calculated) | 45.5 kg/m² | 59.2 kg/m² |

Access · water · land function
In wetlands and linear corridors, access cannot be separated from drainage, erosion and hydrological continuity. Our work on hydrological roots informs a next generation of access systems configured more carefully for the land.
Read the invisible ditch studyXtremeM provides the physical foundation. Sensors, data and water management can then advance the corridor: observing use, monitoring ground conditions and informing the next decision.
